It's a dive bar with the best pizza in Norfolk. Beers are good when they have what you want on the menu. Place could use an update however that's part of the charm, maybe.

Our waitress was the only thing going for that place tonight she was very courteous . The beer selection wasn’t anything special. We ordered an appetizer to eat there and a pizza to go. The pizza came before the appetizer and the appetizer came boxed to go. We got the pizza home and it was under cooked and wasn’t appealing. It is the worst pizza I have had in a long time and I eat the big three regularly. We won’t be going back.

This is one of our favorite local spots. Come as you are, no dress-up required. Beer selection is great, food is always good (suggest the chicken philly), and the staff is always nice. Kitchen open late.

Ok so I will say that the pizza tasted a lot better then it looked and knowing they stay open untill 2am i was expecting 7-11 tasted pizza (which is terrible) but however It was better then your favorite chain pizza restaurants. Friendly staff clean place with fast service, Cogans pizza "looks" and "is" inviting and I will come back.
